Индивидуализация образовательной траектории обучающихся на основе диагностики учебной мотивации
Актуальность. Разный уровень школьной подготовки и индивидуальные особенности усвоения материала, особенно заметные на младших курсах, делают актуальным переход к индивидуализации образовательной траектории. Поскольку устойчивость такой траектории обеспечивается прежде всего учебной мотивацией, для её диагностики целесообразно использовать валидные психодиагностические методики. Цель: определить структуру учебной мотивации первокурсников технического вуза с помощью методики «Шкала академической мотивации» и подтвердить возможность использования результатов диагностики как основания для выбора элементов индивидуализированной образовательной траектории. Методы: опрос 64 студентов первого курса технических направлений подготовки с применением методики «Шкала академической мотивации»; обработка результатов по семи шкалам мотивации; расчёт доли студентов с уровнем согласия выше среднего по каждой шкале. Результаты: у большинства опрошенных первокурсников преобладает познавательная мотивация (61,8 %); далее следуют мотивация достижения (55,9 %), саморазвития (47,1 %) и самоуважения (41,2 %). Доминирование внутренних типов мотивации рассматривается как ресурс для построения индивидуальной образовательной траектории, опирающейся на связь учебных дисциплин с будущей профессией. Показано, что данные о мотивационном профиле группы могут выступать основанием для дифференциации педагогических подходов.
