MEANING MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESS OF INTERACTION OF SOCIAL SUBJECTS IN THE WORKS OF W. PIERCE AND W. CRONEN

The relevance of the research is determined by a comprehensive approach to the study of the scientific discourse of the theory of coordinated management of meaning from the perspective of the basic concepts: «organization of meaning», «coordinated management», «coordinated management of meaning». The subject management of meaning in the process of interaction of social subjects in the works in the context of the theory of W. Pierce and V. Сronen. The purpose of the work is to determine the possibility of managing meaning in the context of communication theory from the point of view of various research schools; to identify the structure of the concept of rules and the basic laws of its functioning; development of research methods for the concepts of «coordinated management» in line with interpersonal rules to describe the meaning of action and «coordinated management of meaning» to describe various forms of communication. The methodology is based on the communicative approach of W. Peаrce and V. Сronen, as well as the research theories of A. Maslow, M. Seligman, B. Malinovski and others. Conclusions. Аccording to Pierce and Сronen, the management of meaning in the process of interaction of social subjects is possible in a transpersonal context, but it can be perceived as a communicative barrier when trying to manage the meanings of others in a situation of interpersonal communication.
