ANALYSIS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM USING THE TOOL «QUALITY HOUSE»

Relevance. In modern conditions, the higher education system is subject to external challenges from the state, society, the real sector of the regional economy, labor market, which directly affects changes in the requirements and conditions for the implementation of educational programs in universities. One of the main results of the educational program is training specialists with professional skills and meta-competencies. Taking into account the requirements of the labor market and ensuring the competitiveness of graduates, the issues of the quality of the implementation of educational programs are actualized. The purpose of the article is to analyze the educational program using the quality function structuring tool. Methods: ideas of a philosophical-anthropological paradigm; an integrated approach with elements of structural, marketing, functional, regulatory, situational and program-oriented ones; Quality Function Structuring Tool; expert survey in identifying the requirements and conditions for educational program functioning. The results. The «Quality House» of the educational program was developed and directions for improving its implementation were identified regarding educational, methodological, personnel and logistical support. The Quality Function Structuring Tool made it possible to formalize the procedure for determining the basic conditions and requirements for the design of the program, taking into account the wishes of employers for making management decisions to improve it. The conclusions. To ensure the flexibility and openness of educational program, it is recommended for a moderator (head) to use the tools of analysis and concepts of modern management: Quality Function Structuring, expert methods, ideas of lean production, etc.; for teaching staff to improve their professional activities in the field of modern technologies and tools of pedagogical design; to actualize the role of curators-tutors and introduce psychological support for all participants in the educational process.
