The Evolution of impact genesis as an archetype for designing and implementing sustainable development projects
This article presents the results of a study aimed at theoretically understanding the evolution of impact as an archetype for designing and implementing sustainable development projects, as well as identifying patterns in the development of the impact approach in a historical and economic context. The article examines the conceptual stages in the development of responsible entrepreneurship and investment ideas that have influenced the development of the modern impact economy. Aim. Consists in a theoretical understanding of the evolution of impact as a basic conceptual model for the formation and implementation of projects in the field of sustainable development, as well as in identifying the patterns of formation and development of the impact approach in the historical and economic context. The paper focuses on uncovering the interconnections between the philosophical, methodological, and institutional foundations that shaped the transformation of ideas about responsibility in entrepreneurship and investment. Methods. Historical-genetic, systemic, and comparative methods, as well as structural-functional and content analysis. The use of an integrated approach allowed us to systematize the key global events that affected the formation of the impact approach and to identify three blocks of its evolution: existential, methodological, and institutional. The use of systems modeling principles made it possible to identify the internal relationships between historical processes, social values, and the institutionalization of sustainable investments. Results. The study established that the impact approach is a natural outcome of a centuries-long process of transforming the ethical, philosophical, and economic foundations of entrepreneurship. The "3P: Problem–Principle–Project" model is substantiated, reflecting the logic of the transition from moral and philosophical prerequisites to the institutional practice of sustainable investment. The obtained results can be used in the further development of impact economics theory and the formation of public policy in the field of sustainable development.
