Digital transformation of human resources management as a success factor for implementing digital twins in an industrial enterprise

Relevance. The need to rethink the role of the personnel management function in the context of the digital transformation of industrial companies, for which the introduction of innovations is becoming a key imperative of development. Traditional approaches to human resource management often lag behind the pace of technological change, creating a gap between the strategic goals of digitalization and the team real willingness to innovate. Aim. To develop a conceptual model for integrating digital HR practices into managing innovative changes in an industrial enterprise, ensuring synchronization of the technological and social subsystems of the organization. Methods. System analysis, generalization of modern empirical research data, as well as comparative analysis of digitalization cases in the industrial sector. Result. The study revealed the key digital HR management tools most relevant to support the innovation cycle: predictive talent analytics, digital platforms for crowdsourcing ideas and adaptive learning, engagement analysis systems based on big data. It was established that their effective use makes it possible to reduce resistance to change, accelerate the adaptation of employees to new processes and purposefully form an innovative culture. Based on the ana-lysis, a two-circuit management model is proposed, in which the digital contour of operational efficiency and the contour of social well-being are interconnected and subordinated to the common goal of innovative development of the enterprise. The conclusions of the article confirm that the resolution of the dilemma between technological efficiency and the humanization of work lies in the strategic integration of HR into the architecture of change management, where human capital is considered as the main driver of the success of digital transformation.
