Aim. To analyze the existing approaches to the introduction and application of digital technologies in the organization activities and to develop a matrix of digital technologies for performing managerial functions of the organization, as well as to calculate the efficiency index of the implemented digital technologies using the example of an industrial enterprise in Chelyabinsk. Methodology. It is based on systematic analysis and includes a review of scientific papers on transaction cost management and increasing transaction efficiency using digital technologies. Results. The authors proposed the matrix of digital technologies, which makes it possible to determine the ways to increase transaction efficiency depending on the management function. Conclusions. The developed matrix is a tool for analyzing the digital technologies used in an enterprise in order to further improve management activities.
