Полиномиальные модели тенденций цен на природный газ на мировом рынке энергетических ресурсов
Представленное научное исследование актуально, так как касается изучения конъюнктуры глобального рынка энергетических ресурсов, оказывающей влияние на социально-экономическую сферу в России. Изучаемый ключевой показатель – мировая цена на природный газ, представляющая собой стоимость фьючерсного контракта на эталонный сорт природного газа Henry Hub с американской фондовой площадки NYMEX. Данный показатель служит основой экономических прогнозов и инвестиционных стратегий. Цель: анализ и прогноз мировых цен на природный газ с учетом их волатильности в долгосрочном периоде и в пределах экономических циклов на основе полиномиальных моделей тенденции. Методы: анализ, синтез, монографический метод, ADF-тест, KPSS-тест, центрированное скользящее среднее, экономико-математическое моделирование на основе полиномиальных моделей тенденции, прогнозирование, табличный и графический методы. Результаты: конъюнктура мирового рынка природного газа постоянно изменяется под влиянием большого количества факторов, что повышает волатильность цен на природное топливо; в настоящее время ситуация на глобальном рынке природного газа складывается в пользу расширения спроса, сжатия предложения, роста издержек и цены; разработан методологический алгоритм анализа и прогноза мировых цен на природный газ, учитывающий и моделирующий изменчивость приведенного показателя в долгосрочном временном отрезке и в пределах экономических циклов, а также базирующийся на полиномиальных моделях тенденции; статистически значимые и наиболее качественные экономико-математические модели полиномиальных тенденций показали, что мировые цены на природный газ в долгосрочном периоде два раза последовательно прошли длительные стадии существенного роста и значительного снижения, в пределах экономических циклов два-три раза последовательно повышались и понижались в рамках более узкой амплитуды колебания; долговременный и циклический прогнозы глобальных цен на природный газ продемонстрировали, что в краткосрочном периоде исследуемый индикатор из стадии понижения должен перейти в фазу роста. Выводы: экономико-математическое моделирование на основе полиномиальных тенденций может быть использовано для анализа и прогноза глобальных цен на природный газ, потому что позволяет учитывать постоянную изменчивость показателя; прогнозы свидетельствуют о скором повышении цен на природный газ на мировом энергетическом рынке.
