Партнерство исламского образования с промышленным сектором в Индонезии: перспективы и проблемы
Партнерство между исламским образованием и промышленностью приобретает все большее значение в контексте глобализации и меняющихся потребностей рынка. Предмет исследования – исламское образование в Индонезии. Объект – партнерство между исламским образованием и промышленным сектором. Цель: раскрыть потенциал партнерства исламского образования в Индонезии с промышленностью для повышения эффективности образовательных инноваций и разработки креативных подходов к обучению, отвечающих потребностям современного общества. Методы: метод сравнительного анализа источниковой базы. Результаты: выявление возможностей и проблем партнерства исламского образования с промышленностью. К возможностям отнесены разработка соответствующих учебных программ, развитие мягких навыков на основе исламских ценностей, предоставление ресурсов, предпринимательство и сотрудничество в исследованиях и инновациях. Проблемы включают согласование учебных программ, различия в целях, организационной культуре, финансовых ресурсах и устойчивости партнерства. Данная стратегия сотрудничества имеет потенциал для повышения качества исламского образования и удовлетворения потребностей современного рынка труда, но нуждается в вовлеченности и инновациях с обеих сторон.
