TALENT MANAGEMENT AS A MODERN APPROACH TO INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE ORGANIZATION
Relevance. Human potential is an important factor in improving the efficiency of the company and the development of the organization in a competitive environment. Recently, special attention has been paid to the problem of finding and forming a pool of employees, since a well-built talent management system leads to the maintenance of the company's life and its modernization. Talent management is designed to attract qualified and promising employees, as well as retain personnel to maintain the competitiveness of the company and meet the range of challenges facing the modern enterprise. This problem is of particular importance in science-intensive innovative industries, where the level of requirements for employees is constantly increasing. The purpose: to study talent management methods, review and systematize the experience of developing a talent management system in Rosatom State Corporation. Methods: integrated approach that includes content analysis and synthesis of scientific literature by foreign and domestic authors, as well as information sources regarding the object of study of the State Corporation Rosatom. Results. The general methodology of talent management and the best practices of Rosatom State Corporation are presented. The paper traces the relationship between the use of a talent management system in a company and the resulting indicator of its performance. The principles of talent management, which should be followed, are considered, since organizations need to carefully select new personnel, take care of improving their skills, motivate both materially and non-materially, support in development and preserve the existing intellectual capital. In this relation, the role of a competent management system is increasing not only for ordinary employees, but also for the modernization of talented personnel management. The results of the study can be used by organizations with an underdeveloped or weak system of both personnel management and talent management to improve the results of work with employees and maintain the overall level of life and functioning of the company. Conclusion. Talent management can be effective and sustainable for a long time only if it is one of the main parts of the corporate culture at all organizational levels of the company. Employees are one of the important assets of the company, recognized to solve many business problems and implement innovative projects in life.
