DEVELOPMENT OF A FLEXIBLE BUSINESS MODEL FOR AN ENGINEERING COMPANY

Under the conditions of sanctions pressure and high market uncertainty, there is a need to rethink the ways and forms of business organization. On the one hand, the departure of large players from the market opens up market niches that can be occupied by new unknown companies. On the other hand, high uncertainty gives rise to significant insolvency risks, the compensation of which requires new approaches to business organization. Today is the time for new solutions, new business models, time when taking responsibility and self-organization are the fundamental way of business development. The object of the study is the method of organizing relations between the participants in engineering activities. The purpose of the work is to study the possibility of forming a business model for engineering activities based on the principles of project management, taking into account the peculiarities of the organization of turquoise companies. The study used methods to determine the relationship between engineering elements and business organization methods, which made it possible to formulate the features of a new business model. The features of the business model of a flexible engineering company were formulated, and its differences from traditional forms of conducting project activities were shown.
