FOCUS AND PECULIARITIES OF WORK WITH YOUTH AND YOUNG SPECIALISTS

Relevance. Currently, the following direction in the field of personnel management is beginning to be updated – work with youth and young specialists with an emphasis on finding talents in universities and colleges, as well as nurturing personnel from the school bench. The article analyzes modern ways of organizations working with young people on the example of the experience of domestic large companies. Recommendations are given for each stage of interaction with the studied category of potential labor resources (schoolchildren, students, youth and young specialists). The purpose: development of a roadmap with the main stages of work with young people and the introduction of new activities to attract them to the organization and develop loyalty to the company's activities; studying the experience of a few large Russian enterprises that carry out complex activities to attract, hire, develop and stimulate the work of the target audience in question. Results. Methodological recommendations and key focuses on interaction with youth and youth and young specialists are presented, which can be applied in several enterprises in various industries; the activities carried out by large domestic companies to work with target audiences were analyzed and systematized. Conclusion. Developing an internal and external HR brand helps companies recruit talented and motivated people to achieve strategic goals. Events should not be completed at once, but they should be modernized considering the needs of the audience and explore trends, conduct benchmarking.
